With a growing customer base and a flexible, multi-skilled team, M&O Training Ltd understands that no two employers will have identical needs, and that our success is in no small part down to the way in which we react to this. In this way we have grown our range of qualifications and courses, and hope that we can continue to meet ongoing and diversifying demands.
To this end, there have been cases where employers have required something different from the normal College type awards. Occasionally this has been short courses on specific elements of a larger topic, or specialist training on uses of equipment or methods. We have provided instruction, guidance and assistance in many areas, ranging from practical courses, to assistance with administrative and audit systems.
