PAUL ORGAN
Paul brings a wealth of training experience to the line-up, having spent 25 years working in the Training and Education Sector, for the Prison Service and Further Education Colleges before setting up his own Training Company four years ago. Paul is the Managing Director and he provides most of the direction, ideas and humour!
Paul holds the Certificate of Education (Cert. Ed) and is a time served Motor and Goods Vehicle Engineer, but has also gained qualifications in many other areas including Food Hygiene, Cleaning and Essential Skills Support. Paul is a qualified NVQ Assessor and Verifier, he is also a long-standing and well-known member of the British Institute of Cleaning Science, a professional body which seeks to drive up awareness and standards in the Cleaning Industry.
Paul likes rock music, eating out, classic cars and is a keen motorcycle enthusiast. If he isn’t riding one around Bristol, you will probably find him in his garage, building one!! (back to top)
Richie Phillips
Richie has spent most of his working life in the Service and Education Sectors, spending most of his early career in the Oil Industry before moving on to work in Further Education Colleges and then as a consultant, before Paul recruited him into the Company. Richie is the General Manager, who manages the contracts, administration and provides much of the input for programmes and learning materials.
A graduate in Social Sciences, Richie is a qualified NVQ Assessor and Verifier, and a member of British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc). He is also an author, whose first book was published in 2005.
Richie also enjoys motorbikes, football, cricket and playing the guitar, a skill he is currently trying to teach Paul, with limited success!! (back to top)
Brian Pitman
Brian is the Senior Assessor in the Team, who hails from a background in Engineering, from which he progressed to senior Sales and Marketing roles, and eventually his own business. He has been NVQ Assessing for some six years and has in that time also qualified as a Verifier.
Brian is a key member of the team, whose opinions and experience are valued highly. He has an excellent rapport with his learners who seem to find his energy and enthusiasm infectious, as many of them enrol for further programmes.
Yet another fan of motorcycles and music, Brian loves collecting various items of memorabilia, but especially motorcycling memorabilia! (back to top)
Pat Gregory
Pat has many years experience of Assessing and Verifying NVQs, gained partly from her years working as a Registered Nurse, but also from occasionally returning to the Cleaning Industry, to check and update her knowledge and skills.
Pat is another Assessor who understands and communicates well with her learners, making her a popular member of the team with whom many learners like to progress to further awards.
With grandchildren and a busy social life, Pat is a great character whose humour and experience in equal amounts make her a key part of the team. (back to top)
Sharon Grant
Sharon was originally an NVQ candidate who enjoyed the course so much, she joined the company! Sharon has seven years’ experience as an Assessor to add to her supervisory experience in Financial Administration, and it is hoped that she will pursue her Verifier qualification in the coming year.
Sharon has two children and a dog so a love of music, sport and walking come in very useful. (back to top)
Bob Taylor
Bob is a highly experienced Assessor, who also hails from an Engineering background and has supervised Cleaning Teams during a long career. His knowledge of Cleaning Standards and operations in particular has made him a very important part of the NVQ Cleaning Assessor Team.
Bob loves the theatre and cricket. Occasionally, a closely contested match at Taunton will give Bob the best of both worlds! (back to top)
.
Richard Organ
Richard has been with the Company for two years; a quick thinker with a good memory, Richard looks after most of the administrative support to ensure that things are produced, filed, copied, processed and delivered on time. He has recently achieved his NVQ 2 in Business Administration.
Richard enjoys football, music and computer games, and whilst he is another automotive enthusiast, Richard's ambitions are definitely the four-wheeled kind! (back to top)
